Limitations when using Klarna

Below you will find a list of requirements that need to be met before your customer can complete payment with Klarna. If the requirements are not met, your customer will receive an error when reaching Klarna's payment window.

  • The domain on which the payment was created must be added to your store in Klarna
  • The delivery country must be added on your Klarna account
  • The currency of the payment must be added on your Klarna account

If you are unsure which currency should be used for your delivery countries, you can look at the columns "Country" and "currency" on this page.

Notice: Klarna through OnPay can only be used for payments in Europe. It will not work for payments in North America or Oceania.
