Swish

With Swish your Swedish customers can pay by bank transfer through the Swish app. Swish is one of the preferred payment methods in Sweden.

Contact your bank to get a Swish agreement. Swish requires a Swedish bank account (optional in several danish banks) and Swish for online shopping must be activated on this account.

Your bank will need the following information to activate Swish on your Swedish account:

• Swish Agreement: Swish för Handel (English: Swish Commerce)
• Agreement type: Online
• Technical supplier: "OnPay" or "team.blue Denmark A/S"
• Technical supplier number: 9872884573

Important information about Swish

Swish payments are bank transfers. All Swish transactions are marked as "Captured" immediately because the money is transferred automatically through Swish.

Because these bank transfers are processed automatically in Swish, it is not possible to cancel or capture Swish transactions through OnPay.

It is possible to refund a Swish transaction. Canceling a Swish payment requires you to refund the transferred amount.

Setup in OnPay

Once your agreement with Swish has been created by your bank, you must use your Swish Alias provided with the agreement. In OnPay go to Settings > Providers > Swish and follow these steps:

1. Activate Swish
2. Insert Swish Alias
3. Click on Save
